Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colorado Properties, consisting of 110 licensed real estate brokers in its nine Colorado offices spanning from Breckenridge to Vail to Gypsum, recently announced its top performing brokers for 2021.

Top five team honorees for gross commission income include Denton Advisory Group (Craig Denton, Kyle Denton and Kevin Denton), Leigh Rychel Team (Leigh Rychel and Sue Rychel), Weinreich Team (Mark Weinreich, Tiffany Lydon Weinreich, Tiffany McCracken and Rochelle Eick), The Messmer Team (Rick Messmer and Jennie Longville May) and The Jay Team (CJ Seatvet and Matt Seatvet). In units sold, Denton Advisory Group also took the No. 1 spot, followed by the Messmer Team, Slaughter Group (Laurie Slaughter, Scooter Slaughter and Dana Hyatt), Leigh Rychel Team and The Jay Team.

For individuals, Meg Sierant earned top accolades for GCI, followed by Marla Hillerich, Timm Kluender, Larry Agneberg and Alida Zwaan. In the units sold category, Thalia Leiva took first place honors, followed by Janet Boeser, Marla Hillerich, Timm Kluender and Tisa Olsen.

Vail Valley residents since 1969, Denton Advisory Group was started by Craig Denton in 1978 with Kyle Denton joining in 2005 and Kevin Denton in 2016. They have been the No. 1 sales team for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colorado Properties since 2016 and named among the network’s top nine small teams in the U.S. and No. 1 in all of Colorado for 2021. These achievements led them to a five-year Chairman’s Diamond Circle award streak and subsequent Legend Award, bestowed upon the top one-half of 1% of the more than 50,000+ Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brokers in the U.S.

A real estate broker serving the Vail Valley since 2005, Sierant was responsible for handling the third largest sale in Vail’s history in 2021, earning her a coveted Chairman’s Diamond Circle Award from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices honoring the top one-half of 1% of the network’s 50,000+ brokers nationwide. She also earned Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices national Chairman’s Gold Circle Award in 2020, honoring the top 2% of all brokers nationwide.

A Vail Valley native and bilingual in English and Spanish, Leiva is one of Eagle County’s most accomplished young broker associates. She started her real estate career when she was 21 years old, and in her first year earned Rookie of the Year in 2017. She was also named to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices President’s Circle for GCI in 2019 and 2020, ranking her among the top 6% of the network’s brokers nationwide. In 2021, Leiva achieved Chairman’s Circle Gold, placing her in the top 2% of the network.
